Sorry I don't know that much about the guy, but I've seen him in enough commercials that I'm pretty sure I would never want him to be my lawyer. Its almost like he gets his kicks off of seeing himself in commercials bloviating about the legal profession in an endless loop. I especially like how he ends the commercials in a self-righteous manner by declaring that he'll never represent someone charged with a DUI.
I came across a pretty funny amature mockumentary mocking personal injury attorney David J. Maloney - he represents accident victims. Its kind of shoddily put together, but atleast now I know that I'm not the only one who has found his commercials both annoying and comical.

Pensacola Law Firm Review
This blog is dedicated to profiling law firms throughout the Pensacola, Mobile, and greater Northwest Florida area. Our main focus is to review law firms and rate them on their individual strengths and weaknesses. Advertising is so heavy that sometimes its important to try and push through all of the glitz and really look at the profile of a firm before deciding to hire them. Pensacola is the home to some pretty powerful law firms, but just because a firm has a big name doesn't necessarily mean that its the best for you. Its especially true with these big brand name firms that many times your case will be tossed down the ladder to a novice attorney fresh out of law school looking to simply churn out the billable hours. Before hiring a firm its important to examine if they truly have enough clout while also giving personal attention to their clients. This blog isn't all serious though; there is a lot of fun to be had making a few jokes about the local law advertising.
